Haris is the man. He did a full service on my Omega Planet Ocean in like 2 or 3 weeks. Insanely quick. Super professional. Amazing service. I’d recommend to anyone. He’s worked on several watches of mine over the years. Fantastic dude. 100 stars.

I recently had my watch serviced by Haris at USA Watch Service and am very pleased with the results. The watch came out looking great and was expertly regulated, and Haris was very responsive and accessible throughout, answering all of my questions quickly and directly. Turnaround time was quick at exactly three weeks. I highly recommend USA Watch Service.

Frequently asked questions

What is the recommended Omega service interval for my watch?

We recommend that your Omega watch be serviced every 3 to 5 years. The interval between services is influenced by several factors, including frequency of use and climate. A Omega watch that is worn daily experiences more wear and tear on the movement parts and may require service closer to the 3 year interval, while a watch that is worn on special occasions may require service closer to the 5 year interval.

What is included in a complete Omega overhaul?

• Dismantling, cleaning, assembly, oiling of the watch movement • Repair or replacement of worn or damaged movement parts • Timing and accuracy corrections as per Omega standards • Casing and checking of the various functions • Replacement of crown, push-buttons, gaskets, (if applicable) • Restoration of water resistance to factory specifications • Refurbishment of case and bracelet to factory specifications.

What is the repair warranty?

We will guarantee the service for 24 months under our limited repair warranty. This warranty covers all the parts installed and the work performed at the time of service.

How to send my Omega watch in for service. Are there any special instructions?

Please package your watch carefully (do not send the original watch box) and insure the shipment. We recommend that you send your watch FEDEX, UPS, or the Postal Service (any carrier which will require a signature to show that the delivery was received). Please include a letter detailing the problem that you're experiencing with the watch, along with complete contact information (name, address, telephone, e-mail). Upon receipt of your timepiece, our watchmakers will examine it and an estimate of the cost of repair will be prepared and e-mailed to you for your approval.  Upon receipt of your  approval repairs will commence. Once the repairs have been concluded and your payment for the repairs has been received, your timepiece will be returned to you.

Tips for Maintaining Your OMEGA Watch

If you notice any issues such as timekeeping inaccuracies, water resistance problems, or unusual noises, it may be time to get your Omega watch checked by a professional.

It is important to have your Omega watch serviced by authorized Omega service centers or certified watchmakers to guarantee the authenticity of the parts used and the quality of the service provided.

Servicing time can vary depending on the complexity of the watch and the required repairs, but it typically takes 6-8 weeks.

The cost of servicing can vary based on the model and condition of the watch, but it usually ranges from $300 to $800.

To care for your Omega watch, avoid exposure to extreme temperatures, water, and magnetic fields. Clean the watch regularly with a soft cloth and keep it stored in a cool, dry place when not in use.

If water has entered your Omega watch, it is crucial to act quickly to prevent further damage. Here are some steps to follow: Remove the watch from water immediately. Do not operate the watch or press any buttons. Wipe the watch carefully with a soft cloth to remove any visible water. Place the watch in a bowl of uncooked rice or silica gel packets to help absorb moisture. Do not attempt to open the watch yourself; instead, take it to a professional watchmaker or Omega service center as soon as possible for inspection and repair. Remember that water damage is not covered under warranty, so it's essential to address the issue promptly to prevent any additional complications.
