We guarantee all of our service and repair work.

All watches serviced through 'FineSwissWatchService' carry a 24-month warranty covering parts and labor. CONDITIONS OF WARRANTY: In order to validate our warranty the manufacturers operating instructions must be adhered to. In addition, 'FineSwissWatchService' warranty does not cover the following:    Mechanical damage due to misapplication.    Accidental damage to case or bracelet.    Water damage due to misapplication. Please note that water resistance is not a permanent feature of any watch. Discretion should be used if the watch is regularly used in wet conditions or submersed. (Please see manufacturers instructions).

'FineSwissWatchService' reserve the right to determine liability for any malfunction.

REFUND POLICY: If you are not completely happy with the service that you have received, FineSwissWatchService, will undertake to re-service your watch completely free of charge. If you still consider the work to be unsatisfactory we will pay for a third party (of our choice) to appraise the work and undertake additional repairs as deemed necessary. A fully refund will be given, if, in the opinion of the third party, the work carried out has not been to an acceptable standard.
